internet options

HI
I can't view certain pages because it sasy something about
ActiveX.

When I bring up IE options like told to do and click on
Security and Advanced tabs I do not have those tabs to
click on. It says I am not Java enabled too but I can't
change this without the advanced tab and it says something
about my security being high and I haven't done anything
with that. I have a windows 98 and I have IE6

Please help me do what is needed to correct this.

Open Regedit to the following locations:
If found either delete the entry or change the value.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control
Panel]
"AdvancedTab"=dword:00000001
"SecurityTab"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control
Panel]
"AdvancedTab"=dword:00000001
"SecurityTab"=dword:00000001


Value Data: (0 = disable restriction, 1 = enable restriction)
Note: always Export before editing.
