Internet Options

I can't figure this out.... When I try to open Internet
Options from IE, I get an error that I don't have
administrative rights. The user profile shows me with
admin rights and I can open Internet options from the
control panel, but the home page section is greyed out.
Everything else is accessible.

Have any of you seen this?

I've think I've been experiencing the same thing since
last week. I get the message "This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. See your Systems Administrator." This is
when I log on as Sys Admin.
Can't find anything on MS web site that references this.

Would also appreciate any help.

Thanks!

Im having the same problem. Another interesting point -
the other user account does not have that problem and
both are setup with administrative rights.
