internet options tabs

I only have 5 tabs under internet options instead of 7. I
am missing the general and programs tabs. Please help me
restore these tabs. Thank you so very much for the
assistance!

"Remove IE Restrictions & Restore Missing tabs". Download fix from:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k

Download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com, scan the system and eliminate
the malware products. Re-apply the above fix if necessary. * Update the
pattern file using WebUpdate in Ad-Aware *

( Caused by a malware called CoolWebSearch. Also, Download:
