Internet options restrictions

Since I downloaded the new srvice pack( #4) I can't acces
my internet options window.I get a promt saying I don't
have admin acces even though I'm logged in as the
administrator.WTF?I am not that savy and am very
frustrated.I appretiate any and all suggestions/help.Thank
you in advance...

Possibly already covered in
microsoft.public.win2000.general
or othe non-"commandprompt" admin.
