Internet Options page unavailable???

The 'General' tab under Tools, Internet Options has
disappeared from my internet explorer program. Can anyone
tell me how to get it back? The other tabs are still
there. I am unable to clear the history in the address
bar without it.

I'm having the same problem and would REALLY appreciate it
if someone could help me (and everyone else) out. I need
to change my homepage, I keep getting those hijacked ad
sites, as well as clear out the history and temp files.
I've tried uninstalling but the connection wizard keeps me
from doing anything, and when I reinstall, it does
nothing. I hope someone can help out, thanks.

Reset the Internet Explorer tabs and remove all the browser restrictions.
Download the script from:

Also, refer Fix 268 from Kelly's site:

Restore All tabs in IE and Removes the ** Internet Options ** Restrictions
as well

The problem is due to a spyware. Download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com,
scan the system and eliminate the malware products. Re-apply the above fix
if necessary.
** Update the pattern file using WebUpdate in Ad-Aware **
