internet options general tab

I'm sure there is a simple solution to this. The "general
tab" is missing from my internet options menu. Thus, I
can't set home page, clear history, delete temporary
internet files, etc..

In essence... how do I get it back. I'm running XP with
IE 6 (and have downloaded most recent service pack.)
