Internet Options - Can't be Changed

I checked a box somewhere that was supposed to prevent a
web site from hijacking my IE 6.0 homepage, which was
Yahoo. Now I can't get into the options myself from IE
and I can't figure out what I checked that was supposed
to prevent home page hijackings. Now someone HAS
hijacked my home page! When I click Tools, Internet
Options I get a box that says "RESTRICTIONS" "This
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator." I am my OWN administrator and I don't
know where I was when I checked that box. I have SpyBot,
AdAware, and Norton but I can't see the choice in there.
