internet options box pop up

when using explore 6 the internet options boxor window
will pop up on the screen with the password box and
another screen which flashes on .
this tends to lock up explorer and i have to go to task
manager to close explorer restart explorer
are there and fixes for this problem.

You have been hacked by a parasite.

http://217.115.153.73/parasite/ look for Bulla

Get SpyBot available from
http://tomcoyote.org/SPYBOT/ and update the reference files
through their Online update function. Run it and select all items and
remove.
You may have to reboot and rerun a couple of times to completely remove
them.
Also run the Immunize function to
prevent these nasties from installing again.

Get SpywareBlaster to stop these nasties.
