internet,network not works

tcp/ip, workgroup configuration OK
ping works but only from command line
proxy disabled
dues not works anything from windows GUI that is related
to IP protocol..tryed to reinstall windows on old windows
but nothing helps..
can anyone tell what the problems is?

Can you ping by both IP address and name? If you cannot ping by name it may
be a name resolution issue. If so, they pointing to a different DNS server.
