Internet lookup within domain

Question for the group.

I have zone, call it xyz.int and a internet prescence of
abc.com (but no forward lookup zone for abc.com on the DNS
server(s)). When i add a FLZ (Forward lookup zone) of
abc.com to my DNS server my internal clients cannot hit
our corporate webpresence (www.abc.com). I have added a
host file to the ABC.com FLZ and an alias in the XYZ.int
FLZ pointing to the host file but still no luck. The page
cannot be displayed.

If someone has any advice or comments (constructive) I'd
love to hear 'em.

Don't add a FLZ. Just forward requests to your ISP.
