Internet Log In Request

When I turn on my computer a message appears twice during
bootup asking if I want to connect to the internet. When
the first one appears I say cancel, then the second one
appears. After I cancel this one everything procedes
normally. Is the a way to find out what program(s)
is/are making this request? Thanks for any help or
suggestions.

Spybot and Adaware.
 
Hi Larry,

Click Start | Run | Services.msc
Change the Startup type for the service "Remote Access Auto connection
manager" to Disabled
Restart
