Internet Links to Start-Up Programs

Are there any websites of internet links to a site or program that would
read my current list of start-up programs and provide information as to
exactly what they are and whether or not they could safely be disabled
(in msconfig), or am I going to have to not be so lazy and instead check
each one out one at a time manually?
