My internet is not working even though I'm still connected. After re-starting the computer, internet starts to work for about 10min and then it stops again. My theory is something is wrong with one of the drivers. Any suggestions on what to do? Thank.

I don't think the BellSouth problem because the second laptop works. Also, when I take my laptop (the one that has a problem) somethere else it's having exactly the same problem with other ISP. I think it might be a windows driver (system32) problem. I just need to know which one it is and URL to the link to update the driver.
