Internet Icons quit working

I'm running Vista Home Premium. I have 2 internet icons on my desktop that
has worked up to today. Nothing I've tried seem to work. Does anyone have
any ideas on how to get these 2 icons working again?
 
I have 2 icons not working, both are internet sites. One is to my bank and
the other is to My Coke Rewards site. I've tried deleting them and then
reinstalling them but they still do not work.

Go to each of those sites, drag the icon and the address from the
address bar to your desktop.
