Internet Home Page

My homepage is now: "http://127.0.0.1:4664/&s=R_tzKR1WO1c8IOV2-XiRMdw1Ke8"
I'm working on tweeking my internet security setting. I don't like using
just the regular bar on the left and choose custom settings. I don't know
what I did but I no longer have access to set my home page as an
administrator. Now that I'm familliar with newsgroups I will look here for
answers instead of fiddling... You're support is greatly appreciated. Thank
You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are using Spybot - Search & Destroy

Spybot - S & D
[+] Tools
IE Tweaks
Miscellaneous locks
UNCheck: Lock IE start page setting against user changes (current user)

Click on Home Page Unlock

If you have XP Pro, check this setting in Group Policy.

Disable changing home page settings

Value Type: REG_DWORD
Value Data: 0 or 1
0 = Not locked
1 = Locked
