Internet History in WinXP/IE6

Back in the days of Win98SE & IE5.5, TweakUI allowed a user to set up a
cascading menu of their Internet History sites from the [Start] menu.

Does anyone know how to do the same with IE6?

in IE what happens when you pick history button?
or try view->explorer bar->history
or try control+h keys
