When I look at internet headers for an email (View/Options/Internet Headers)
the header information is blank. Is there a way to see that information?

OL2003 - message format is HTML

are you on an exchange server? the headers are only present on mail that
comes into the server from outside.

What type of account?

Yes, I'm on an exchange server. I need to be able to check that information
now and then on some of the spams people report.

so internal users are forwarding you their spam? They'll need to copy the
headers and paste into the message before sending.

the original message they want to forward has no header if you check it
before forwarding? It should have at least you the stamp from when your
exchange server accepted it - unless it's being generated inside the
network.
