Internet Graphic Bug

I have recently purchased a dell inspiron 9100. Though, even with the nice graphics (128mbit ati radeon 9700) i still seem to be having some graphic related problems. When i surf the internet certain images and texts are blurrred, looking like they havent completely rendered. Not sure what is going on here, if anyone has or had this problem, or knows how to remedy it, i would really appreciate it.

Are you using an "Internet Accelerator?" these programs
distort the quality of images to decrease the time it
takes to download a page.

That is a characteristic of all LCD displays.

To improve the look of text, open Help and Support and search for
'cleartype' (without the quotes.) You will learn about ClearType and how it
can improve the appearance of text.
