Internet firewall properties

Had the sasser worm and reinstalled all software. I
cannot now set a firewall on my internet connection. I
right click on the connection and try to select
properties to set the firewall. Nothing happens
(properties setting does not appear).

Go to admin tools services,find the listing for the
firewall (ICF) right click on it and select
properties,then dependantcies all of the other services
listed also need to be set to automatic before the
firewall can be enabled.
