can anyone help as i am very much inexperienced and new to windows.
what i would like to know is . can i delete all the temporary internet files
on my system as they are taking up so much space on the hard drive and if i
do this will there be any problems afterwards.

Hi,

Yes you can and no, there should be no effect on the system. They are simply
stores of previously visited pages that help reload the same page faster
should you revisit it.

yes U can delete ... also U can limit/reduce the size these temporary files
directory takes by going thru tools-> intenet options -> settings tab. Also
U can reduce some more data by limiting the history stored by reducing the
history days.

thanks very much for your help , i will probably be back shortly with some
other trivial problem.
