Internet exploxer not working properly

When I am on AOL, I am unable to register for anything. The
browser does not pop up in the fields; therefore, I can not
type into the fields. I also attemped to upgrade to 9.0 and
was unable too. I kept getting Microsoft Internet Eplorer
error:29 Unspecified error.
