internet explorer

Hello guys, sorry i'm not really a jenius with PC's, so........anyway.....if
anyone can help me i'll be glad and grateful!
I have a problem with my internet explorer!
Few months ago i've installed the new antivirus, now, my internet explorer
does not work, so someone told me to delete it and re-install it!
But now every time i try a windows open up sain that i've got it already and
don't let me install it!
Help please!

Hi,

Just sorted a similar problem...follow this..


http://www.support.microsoft.com/kb/318378

it basically tells you how to edit via regedit the entry for IE 6.....this
will clear you machine and allow you to re-install it.

Took me about 10minutes..and I am really thick!
