Dear, Microsoft Corporation

Is it possible to invoke the usage of internet Explorer from the
command-line? If so how is it done.

You can run it from the run command or from the command shell just by
switching to the correct directory and running the executable

C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer>iexplore.exe
 
You are in a newsgroup of your peers and the Microsoft Corporation is
unlikely to reply here but why not just launch the IE executable?
This command works fine for me:
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
