Internet Explorer

For some reason I cannot find a full version of Internet
Explorer and service pack I can down load onto a CD.
I need to update a bunch of computers but with a very very
slow internet connection, I dont want to wait 2 hours for
each computer to update internet explorer. Can anyone
tell me where to find it. I dont want to have to buy the
cd if I can get it online. Micrsoft doesn't seem to want
to help me....
