IE won't open ... get the "... has encountered a problem"
window. Deleted the SP1 and downloaded again with no
results. Anyone else had this problem ?
 
located this website via a friends advice. (see bottom
of this comment)I want to share it with everyone. This is
a govenment website that monitors web activity including
viruses, worms etc.... They are right ontop off the
hackers and virus speaders who create these headaches for
you and I. Check it out1 It's easy, It's constantly
updated daily and it's easy to use and IT WORKS!!!

Yes, sounds just like the problem I have been having.
When I try to download again I get a message that it has
not passed 'logo testing'. I have emailed and called Dell
support numerous times and they say it is a software issue
and want me to pay for "advanced software support".
