Hello. This is my problem

Internet explorer 6.0 does not save the home page on a
Windows XP Home Edition PC. Sometimes I get a IE pop up
window saying ..."loading page, please wait". Instead of
getting my favorite homw page it always defaults to a web
directory.

I have tried to repair or re-install IE but I do not have
that option on Windows XP. Could you please help me?

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
