I cannot use this program, I cannot go into my secure
sites; according to DELL corp. it is this software that
is faulty.
They are willing to reinstall it, but I have problem with
the recovery of the data, and I am NOT willing to pay a
technician to do it...
How can I be helped without extra expence.
