I tried to remove the explorer browser from my pc because
of the 100's of pop-ups that I get everytime I use it.

Anyway I used the add/remove function. Now that it is
not on the system I still get explorer pop-ups. What
else do I have to do to make it stop???
 
Check for parasites then istall a pop up blocker

Hi,

You can't just uninstall Internet Explorer - it'a part of the operating
system.

You can check for adware and remove it using AdAware from www.lavasoft.de.
And/or you can install a popup killer, like the one by Panicware.com or the
Google toolbar.

Sounds like you have quite a lot of adware and spyware
residing on your computer. You need to download, install,
and run Spybot Search and Destroy. Their site is:
http://spybot.safer-networking.de/

It should remove all tha garbage and you should not see
those pop-ups again.
