My default website I set up for Internet Explorer keeps
changing every time I log in. It goes to a site that
generates pop-ups that are bogging my computer down. Why
is the default address changing back to this site???
Please help

HijackThis (http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip) is the
preferred tool to use these days. It will help to both identify and remove
any hijackware/spyware. **Post your files to
http://forums.spywareinfo.com/, not here.**

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan. From
now on, do both daily.

thank you for taking the time to post this info
I was able to use it to remove options that were
preventing me from downloading files as well as blocking
pop-ups
now I am very happy - thanks again
