I get onto internet explorer and after in opens a screen
comes up and saids it need to be shut down and close why
is this and how can i fix it thanx for your help
 
I had same problem. Someone told me to do the following and it solved my
problem.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing

Did you then remove the culprit:

Get and run these programs (if you test after each one you can stop when the
problem is gone):

Once installed make sure to update via online before scanning!
