Hi Lee,

Make sure you do not have anything set as your home page.
Go to TOOLS->INTERNRT OPTIONS->General tab
In that click "Use Blank" in the home page section.

Caused by a parasite.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit is with these
tools.
