While using Internet Explorer a message arrpears;
An error has occured in Internet Explorer, Internet
Explorer will now close.
After that msg pops up all browsers close and you have to
reopen a new browser. It also say that if this continues
to shut down and restart. We continuely have this happen
over and over. We have reloaded Internet Explorer but this
hasn't helped.

If still no joy then check for parasites.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
