Using IE7 on one particular website I get a message "Internet Explorer cannot
display the webpage " On a spare computer running IE6 it obtains the webpage
OK.
I have run the Microsoft diagnostic tool as far as Starting in safe mode
where I chickened out . Please help . The offending webpage is
www.surclaro.com/forums

Your question would be better asked in a newsgroup where IE7 users hang out:

I don't use IE7; however, your problem may have to do with the Hosts file.
You might want to Google: IE7 hosts or go here:
