When i browse the web, I come across sites or links, when I click on them
nothing happens. There is a little message at the bottom left side of the
window thats readsone of the following messages:
Error, Javascript void or done.
Any cures for this?

Could be a dead link at the site. Or a misfire of the javascript that was
supposed to load a new page for you (let the original page load all of
the way and then click the link again). If you suspect a dead link and
feel inclined to do so, contact the site's webmaster to report the dead
link.

I have the same problem too. One thing I noticed was I have downloaded xp
sp1 but for some reason it will not install...on my system info it doesn't
recognize any service pack on my computer and I think that has something to
do with it??? The windows are completely loaded and the status bar says
"done" but the window is completely blank and does not even show any
explorer bars on top...I need help too.

That's not quite the same problem. However, do you have trouble installing
any of the other updates? Or is it just SP1 that is giving you trouble? Have
you tried downloading the freestanding installation file for SP1? The
download link is here:
http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsXP/pro/downloads/servicepacks/sp1/default.asp

There is also a link on that page for ordering SP1 on CD.
