why isn't there a preferences tab under my edit tab, so I can clear my cache?

It's under the Tools tab...look for Internet Options.

I looked there but I still can't find where I can clear my cache settings.

Tools > Internet Options > General tab > Temporary Internet Files - Delete
Files button > checkmark in Delete all offline content > OK > OK.
Files button > checkmark in Delete all offline content > OK > OK.

ok thank you I thought it was suppse to say clear cache not temp files. thanks
