Does anyone know how to get a new disc of Internet Explorer. My current
version is corrupt and I can't get on the internet to download the program.

Internet Explorer 6 is an integral part of the WinXP operating system
and is not available separately. Have you tried this:

Alternatively, you'll need to perform a repair installation (a.k.a. an
In-Place Upgrade) of the entire operating system:

Jay Renouf Jay, Run the System File Checker (SFC) which will check XP for the presence of all necessary operating system files and repair/restore any found to be missing or corrupted. To run the tool: (1) Find your XP CD and keep it handy (2) Start/All Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt/at the blinking cursor, type "sfc /scannow" [less the quotation markers AND BE sure that a space preceeds the right slash.
