I have XP Pro, IE6 with SP2 etc.
Getting Page Can Not Display on all attempts. Have tried everypossible
solution, from System Restore (Now I can't go back any further than 4 days
ago) for 4 days. Nothing works. Latest Updated Virus scan shows no viruses,
etc.
What's going on?

You are probably infested with some other kind of malware than a virus.
