a day or two ago i opened internet explorer like i usually
do and it popped up with a window that said "CONTENT
ADVISOR - this site has been blocked blah blah... reason:
This page does not have a rating."

it asks for a password at the bottom. not me or any other
person using my computer has activated 'content advisor' so
therefore we cant use IE to surf the web.

is there anyway of fixing this?

p.s. i have already tried uninstalling IE but it doesnt
senn to go away.
 
It looks as though your Internet settings have been
changed. On you IE page select Tools - Internet Options -
Content - you will see the Content Advisor at the top of
the page. Enable and check out / change your settings.
