HI,

I have Windows 2000 Pro w/ Service Pack 3 on the same CD>
When I install Win 2000 it automatically installs Internet
Explorer and Outlook Express.

Is there any way to do a new/fresh install of Windows 2000
and not have Internet Explorer or Outlook Express
Installed. So when it is complete Internet Explorer and
Outlook Express are not on my conputer.

The information on removing Outlook Express is on the Microsoft
website, Internet Explorer also, although I think you'll find it pretty
much impossible to remove.
