Internet Explorer Wont Resize

Neil

I have WIN XP SP1 and the latest drivers from NVIDIA. I
have all the updates I can get for IE 6.0. My problem is
this. I cannot move a Explorer Window that is not full
size. The window stays locked to one side of the screen
and at only one size. I can hit the full screen button or
F11 and it will expand to full size, but in a smaller
size I cannot move the window or rezise it manually to a
size I want. Any Suggestions?

Does the button next to the X for closing show one window or two?
