Internet Explorer windows

When I click on Internet Explorer all of these Internetreplicating itself. About 30 to 40 I.E. windows will pop
up continuously. I've reimaged this machine about 3 times
in the past month and still get the same results. Does
anyone know what type of worm is this and how I can remove
it?
 
I would recommend downloading and running something like Lavasoft's Adaware
or Spybot Search and Destroy.
