I was using Roadrunner for my ISP and they changed the little Icon at
the right hand corner to a Roadrunner. I now have switched to a DSL
line and the Roadrunner Icon is still there instead of the Window Icon
that is normally there with the waving flag when explorer is loading.
How do you change the icon back to the Windows Flag???
Thanks for any help.

Tony--

Yes it sure does. Unfortunately, the often don't update that "applies to" category with a number of MSKBs that will work for multiple builds and versions of NT kernel Os's and some Win 9X KBs will apply as far forward as XP SP2 RTM--it just depends. But that one will work if you're talking about the Logo on the upper right of the IE toolbar for all IE6 plus versions including all versions of Win XP--XP RTM, XP SP1, XP SP2 RTM.

There are also various tweakers that will fix this but that KB is a quick effective way.

Best,

Chad Harris

Rick,
Thanks, that's what I was looking for. One thing, the article says the
information applies to all the Explorer versions except Windows XP.
Does this apply to Windows XP also??

I think this is what you are looking for.
