Internet Explorer will not open

Can anyone help? I have just crashed my Internet Explorer
browser and now it will not open any more. I have
downloaded a new copy and installed it, I have even
reloaded windows XP, and it still will not load. It come up
with that error reporting to Microsoft dialog box.

I downloaded Netscape, via another computer, and it runs
fine. Microsoft Internet Explorer will not run.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide...

Hi Jay,

To test with: Disable third-party browser extensions in Internet Explorer
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) check box.
5. Restart Internet Explorer.
