internet explorer will not open!

Hello my friends, my internet explorer will not open. i've
downloaded the new version but i can't get it to open
either. to get on the internet i have to go thru netscape,
i've tried everything i can think of to no avail, i thought
someone out there could help me with this problem thanks

Hello,
sorry i dont have any answers for you, but i am in the
same boat as you, my internet explorer will not open
either, so if you could, if you find a solution could you
let me in on the secret. I would greatly aprreciate it.

Do you get any error messages?
 
I found something on the subject, and i got my internet to
work perfectly, i will give you a link to the page that I
found the resolution on,
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;320162. I dont know why it does this or even where i
got this program from, but it is just some thing that
screws with IE. After either closing msbb.exe or deleting
the program, my ie works fine. hope it works for you to.
