Internet Explorer: Where are "Favorites" stored?

If I want to move my IE "favorites" from one computer to a new install
of W2000 on another computer, what file and where is it located would
I have to move to the new computer?

I found them, please disregard previous message, it's stored in the
various "users" folders under My Documents.

You can IE|File|Import and Export, follow the prompts.
