Internet explorer weirdness

Hi,
I used to have a bar at the bottom of the explorer screen
that would show me the web address when I placed cursor
over an object that was a link. The bar has dissapeared
and I can`t figure out how to get it back. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you

Hey, I think this is an easy one to fix, I only wish my
problems were like this. Sorry, I know that your problem
is bugging you too. I think that all you have to do is,
open IE, and then right click on the blank part of the
gray bar, to the right of the HELP word, at the top of the
window header. A list will pop-up. The items that are
already checked, leave alone. Go to the other items in the
list and check them as well. It should add the bottom bar,
as well as a few you may have been living without for a
while. Theres nothing broken or screwed up on your PC.
These are ways to purposely open up some more screen
space, by removing any info bars that you don't need at
the time, enough said? Good luck, Gilly P
