Internet Explorer web pages

Why is it that some web pages do not download everything? I cannot get to the next page because of this--please help! Thank you in advance.

what speed internet connection do you have ?
 
I have broadband so it's super fast. It only seems to be this one particular web page on my computer. If I go into another office and use their computer to get into this web page, I'm fine. I would like to be able to use my own computer instead of having to go somewhere else if I can help it.
