One web site whose address is www.dfm.ae live Quote page. Which is by
default is built for 1024 x 768 resolution and showing the web site without
the horizontal Scroll Bar. But difficult to read as the fonts become small
on such a high resolution. and at the same time the other sites which are
built for 800 X 600 resulotion like CNN.Com, on thier right side some blank
space will come.

We just want your opinion on this issue, that is their any possibility that
by just doing the settings of the Internet Explorer or the proxy server, the
sites which are developed for 800 X 600 will display completely without
right side space where as the orignal resulution of the laptop is 1024 X
768. because our other important site which dfm.ae Live Qotes come
completely in that resulution.

Waiting for expert advice.

What I understand from you message is that you want to know if a web site
created at 800x600 resolution can be 'stretched' by Internet Explorer to fit
a screen resolution of 1024x768?

If I have understood your question correctly, then I am afraid the answer is
that there is no setting on the client side that can do this. The screen
resoution for a site is decided by the website developer.
