Internet Explorer upgrade 6.0 nothing but problems

My computer runs Windows 2000 Professional. I keep the
operation system updated. Ever since I upgraded to
Internet Explorer 6.0 I can't browse, too many problems
want to know how to go back to the version I already had
that had none of these problems. I checked the Microsoft
web site and noticed I am not the onlyvictim of 6.0 for
Windows 2000 Professional.I have problems connecting to
many sites on the Internet. I get blank pages, black pages
or "page cannot be displayed" or error messages or page is
loaded with errors. Do you have any idea what causes these
problems? I checked my Internet Explorer and the version
is 6.0.2800.1106 (according to 'About'}.
I appreciate any help I can get. I have sent report after
numerous reports for this and no releif.

You may have a previous version of IE still in your hard drive. Try
searching for it by clicking Start, Find, Files or Folders. Search for
ie5setup.exe. Let me know if it works.
