Internet Explorer Tools Menu

Is there anyway that I can change what is displayed in
the Tools menu at the top of the Internet Explorer
Browser?

Can you be more specific?
Adding is not easy, nor is modifying but removing unwanted items that
something has added can be easy.

Use Regedit.exe and remove the item. It should be under here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions
